"Good Morning Dustin- I wanted to check in with you on the non-renewal of the policies and make sure you have obtained other insurance on the GMC and home, which non-renewed April 1. The trailer will non-renew May 5. We apologize for the action taken by Underwriting and are here to assist in any way we can. Thank you I do not believe that at all. I called into your office 3 times. I left 2 voice mails with no call back. And I actually spoke with a very nice young lady once as well. She was so assuring on the phone with me that she would help me with this situation. And I got no response from her. I spent time explaining to her the situation I have found myself in with the claims on my history and she agreed with me that there are two that should not be on there. My most recent auto claim and my most recent home claim. The auto claim: I have called and talked with the claims department several different times (after no response from your team) and they assured me it would be removed. The claim was filed on site of an accident that I was not at fault of. The other party has assumed full liability and State Farm has paid nothing on this claim. Yet the claim is still on my history. The home claim: same story with this one as far as contact goes. This claim should and could be subrogated by SF to the responsible party. They have all needed information for this to be completed. These claims being on my history have caused me to lose coverages for both my home and auto, caused my auto coverage to increase by more than 5 times the annual cost, and caused my home insurance to more than double. I am extremely disappointed in appointing your agency as my agent as I received no help from your team at all after several attempts. And very disappointed in State Farm as a whole for the unwillingness to help a customer; especially considering I had so many coverages with you. I should not, but if I do have any remaining open coverages with you, please cancel them effective immediately. I will never do business with State Farm again. I see now why State Farm has the highest amount of active lawsuits against them by consumers. I will be joining that list shortly, as I have already spoken with an attorney. And you guys, if you have not already, will be hearing from the Insurance Commissioner for GA, as I have opened a complaint with them in regards to both of these claims as well."
